Background and Pledge

Hello CV Family!

Returning for my 10th year in the district, I am very fortunate to again serve at Lloyde High School as your School Social Worker. I cannot believe it has been a decade! It is truly a blessing and an honor to be with you. Growing up in the South Bay (and having family who still live within district boundaries), I have a vested interest to CV. As with each year prior, I again make the pledge to help our students, their families, and the surrounding neighborhoods get the help they need. 

As we embark on the 2026-27 school year, I look forward to welcoming back returning students and getting to know our new friends. While not usually the place a student hopes to come to, Lloyde is a transformational school. It is a reconstruction zone and fresh start for those across the district. Whether it is due to poor attendance, failing grades, interpersonal challenges or other hardships, we at Lloyde understand and we're here to help. We have a wide range of services and resources (both on campus within our Wellness Center and also in the community) to guide you along your path.
